Scheduling a Paid Consultation

Our one-hour initial consultations are $180, with a non-refundable payment being due at the time of scheduling. Consultations can be by video conference (Zoom or Facetime), in-person at our Beaverton office, or by telephone.

Because most legal problems cannot typically be resolved within a single meeting or discussion with an attorney, we likely cannot resolve your entire case or legal matter during one initial consultation. However, the consultation provides you with an opportunity to see if our firm is a good fit for you and whether you might want to retain us. In addition, the consultation also provides our firm an opportunity to determine if your case is one we’ll accept. During the initial consultation, we can give you an overview of the law that pertains to your matter, and analyze the best way to approach your problem or legal issue.
